Using a technical support package agreed with the Government’s Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, a company called AECOM, which is a major infrastructure consulting firm, has prepared a Design Code for the Parish.
The Design Code provides guidance on general residential design standards, and for certain areas, specific Codes which will help to preserve and improve the character and identity of the Neighbourhood Area.
